Order Processing
When does my order dispatch?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Returns
30-day returns
We offer 30-day returns. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, complete a brief returns questionnaire via our contact page and we’ll arrange a full refund. Opened products are eligible where a genuine concern is raised.
