Returns

We want you to love your Soline cream. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return

Email hello@soline.skin with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return postage is covered by Soline for UK orders.

Refund processing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@soline.skin within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
