These terms govern your use of soline.skin and any purchase from Soline Ltd ("Soline", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

We describe and picture products as accurately as we can. Slight variation in colour, packaging, or texture may occur. Products are cosmetic, for external use only; please review the ingredient list if you have known sensitivities.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices and availability may change. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order and refund any payment taken.

Payment and delivery

Payment is taken at checkout via our secure providers. Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we receive payment in full.

Cancellations and returns

Your rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Soline name and logo, belongs to Soline Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise our liability for any product is limited to the price paid for it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
